Speech Therapy Link is a private speech therapy practice lcoated in Fresno, CA.
We are searcing for an office manager who is friendly, courteous, efficient, organized. A self starter and the ability to learn and lead is a must. The ideal candidate must also be fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
The office manager will be expected to assist the owner and staff with scheduling of clients, communicating with insurance companies in an efficient and professional manner, assist with developing policies and procedures to ensure the office runs smoothly, basic marketing and recruiting, and assist with staff compliance of policies and procedures. The office manager must also be able to use billing and scheduling software and follow specific directions without needing to be micromanaged.
The office manager will be expected to work the majority of the time in the office, but there are times when some of the work can be done from home.
Compensation is based on experience. We prefer someone with at least 2 years experience within a medical or therapy practice, experience with submitting and following up with insurance claims, and relevant education in the field of business administration is preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
