Speech Sound Bites, PLLC is hiring compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to join our Chicago-based early intervention team! Both part-time and full-time positions are available!
About the Role:
As an Early Intervention SLP, you will provide family-centered therapy services in natural environments including homes, daycares, and community settings. You'll work collaboratively with families to support communication development during critical early years, helping children reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations for children ages 0-3
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families
- Provide coaching and education to parents and caregivers on communication strategies
- Deliver therapy in natural environments using play-based, functional approaches
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (OT, PT, developmental specialists)
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IFSP (Individualized Family Service Plan) meetings
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current IL SLP Licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligible
- Illinois Early Intervention Credentials preferred (or willing to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Flexibility for travel to various locations within service area
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Employment Options:

W-2 salaried or contract positions to fit your needs
Pay: $44.00 - $73.00 per hour depending on skillset and years of experience
