About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and professional On-Site Research Assistant to support a structured data collection project in the Bay Area. This is a short-term, full-time contract role ideal for candidates interested in research operations, field coordination, or technology-driven projects.
You will work directly with participants in a controlled on-site environment, ensuring smooth session execution and a positive participant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate on-site data collection sessions with participants
- Provide clear, professional guidance during sessions
- Create a comfortable and welcoming environment
- Assist with basic technical troubleshooting (device setup, simple system issues)
- Ensure strict adherence to project protocols and quality standards
- Maintain high confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data
Qualifications
- Fluent English with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with diverse participants in a professional setting
- Able to troubleshoot basic technical issues (no advanced coding required)
- Available to work on-site at least 4 days per week (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and adaptable
- Prior experience in research, production, events, or field coordination is a plus
