Speech Kids NY is expanding and looking for dedicated providers to join our growing team in Delaware!
We are hiring SLPs, Clinical Fellows (CFs), and SLPAs for school-based positions within the Colonial School District for the 2026–2027 school year.

Compensation
In-Person Positions
- Licensed SLP: $55/hour
- Bilingual Spanish Licensed SLP: $60/hour
- Clinical Fellows (CFs): $45/hour (Monolingual) | $50/hour (Bilingual Spanish)
- SLPAs: $40/hour (Monolingual) | $45/hour (Bilingual)
Virtual Positions
- Licensed SLP: $48/hour (Monolingual) | $53/hour (Bilingual)
- Clinical Fellows (CFs): $35/hour (Monolingual) | $40/hour (Bilingual)
- SLPAs: $30/hour (Monolingual) | $35/hour (Bilingual)
Schedule
Guaranteed 7-hour workdays, including direct services and documentation responsibilities. Providers are expected to be available and fulfill their scheduled work hours each day. Compensation is based on actual hours worked during the scheduled workday.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP/CF positions)
- Delaware SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Bilingual Spanish providers highly encouraged to apply
- SLPA certification/license as required by Delaware regulations
