We are seeking a licensed North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to Chatham County Schools.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy to students
- Conduct evaluations and support individualized, goal-driven IEPs
- Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support student success
- Track progress and complete documentation with clarity and care
- Use secure, easy-to-navigate teletherapy platforms and digital tools
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active North Carolina SLP License
- North Carolina residency (required)
- CCC-SLP preferred
- School-based experience (IEPs, evaluations, compliance) preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Comfort with technology and virtual service delivery for some virtual clients
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to a supportive team
