Speech Inspirations provides personalized treatment for both pediatric and adult clients with communication and occupational needs across multiple cities in North Carolina and parts of South Carolina. We offer a range of therapies including articulation, feeding/swallowing, dyslexia/reading, language therapies, general communication, fluency, occupational, sensory and motor skills, and parent trainings. Our therapists travel to clients to provide convenient and effective treatment.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a School Speech-Language Pathologist or School Speech Language Pathology Assistant located in Burlington, NC with Alamance-Burlington County Schools. This opportunity allows for both in person and virtual school based speech therapy work. The Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in a school setting. Daily tasks involve creating individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, collaborating with educators and parents, and maintaining accurate records of student progress.

Qualifications
- Skills in Speech Therapy
- Proficiency in managing speech, dysphagia, and communication disorders
- Expertise in treating language disorders
- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
- Ability to develop effective treatment plans and therapy sessions
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) and state licensure
- Or SLP-Assistant Registration
- Prior experience in a school setting is preferred
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
