Responsibilities:
- Quarterly budgeting and forecasting
- SEC filing compilation and support (10-K, 10-Q, periodic filings)
- Assist with month end close and related reconciliations
- Devote required time to technical accounting research
- Perform and document SOX control testing
Keys:
- BS in Accounting with an active CPA license
- 2-5 years of experience
- Public accounting audit experience, with SEC clients
- Ability to be in the office in Washington DC on a daily basis
