A nationally recognized real estate firm in Baltimore MD is in the market for an Accounting Manager. Ideal candidate has previous experience in construction, real estate development or commercial property management. This role is in office 5 days/week. $100-$130k salary range.
Responsibilities:
- Lead consolidated and JV financial reporting, reviewing AJEs as needed
- Maintain general ledger and related reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Prepare period-end investor reports
- Assist with annual audits and tax preparations
- Support Asset Management and Property Accounting with relevant reports such as financial statements, capital calls, distributions, debt covenants, etc
Requirements:
- BS in Accounting
- 5 years accounting experience, ideally in real estate
- Experience using MRI accounting software
- CPA license or in process
- Willingness to be in the office 4-5 days/week in Baltimore
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
