Position Summary
The Floater RBT provides direct one-on-one ABA therapy and supports multiple clients and locations as needed. This role ensures consistent, high-quality service delivery by stepping in to cover sessions across different teams and environments.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Provide high-quality therapy in home, community, and/or clinic settings.
- Accurately collect and record behavioral data.
- Communicate effectively with BCBAs, team members, and families.
- Follow all ethical and professional standards set by the BACB.
- Be available and adaptable to travel between client sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required).
- At least 2 years of ABA experience (required).
