BE PART OF THE CONNECTION:
You combine your expertise in learning and sales knowledge to provide impactful training sessions to our Spectrum Enterprise sellers. You provide training programs in-person and virtually to teams across the organization, thriving in multiple learning environments including the classroom, online, and team meetings.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
- Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods to develop participants' skill sets (ex: classroom Instruction, virtual training, peer to peer coaching, and train-the-trainer sessions).
- Follow facilitator guide to lead learners through activities, discussions and debriefs, providing feedback to aid with knowledge transfer and behavior change.
- Manage the classroom and participants during training by tracking attendance, addressing behavior as needed, and fostering a supportive environment.
- Perform end-to-end administrative activities to set up and close out successful classes, including class preparation, schedule administration, participant record maintenance, and post-training evaluations.
- Seek input from and provide feedback to leaders on success of learners and learning programs.
- Assist curriculum design team with revisions to existing course content.
What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise
Required qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years of training delivery experience at professional level or equivalent; 3 years of experience or equivalent in the functional area and/or business unit.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and/or work experience.
- Technical skills: Solid knowledge of different learning approaches; advanced skills related to the functional area or business unit; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Skills: Analytical skills; prioritization and organization; clear written and verbal communication across multiple management levels; demonstrated presentation skills both online and in-person.
- Abilities: Critical thinking; ability to interact with employees in a professional manner.
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiar with sales and sales processes.
- Track record using WebEx.
- Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).
