As a Spectrum intern, you’ll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort.
Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations.
This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business.

- You’re a motivated student with a current 3.0 GPA or higher currently pursuing a degree in one of the following areas from an accredited college or university:
- Business or related field
- This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship designed to give you real-world experience and meaningful exposure to the telecommunications industry in your chosen field.
- Internship program runs from May 26 through August 6, 2027.
- In addition to role-specific projects, you’ll take part in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, mentorship and experiences that help you grow personally and professionally.

Internship responsibilities may include:
- Collaborating with senior developers and other team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions, participate in code reviews, and contribute to process documentation
- Support the identification and evaluation of cost effective systems and procedures; help gather user requirements and contribute to drafting solution options
- Participate in requirements gathering by meeting with managers and users; document agreements, action items, and facilitate communication between business units and the project team
- Rising Seniors (Graduating date of December 2027 or May 2028)
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree
- Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
- Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
- Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
- Must have an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently
- Analytical skills
