At a Glance
- You’re a motivated rising senior student with a 3.0 GPA or higher seeking a STEM related major (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) bachelor’s degree in from an accredited college or university.
- This is a full-time, 10-week program designed to give you real-world experience working within the telecommunications industry in your field of choice.
- Internship program runs from May 27 through July 31, 2026.
- In addition to the role-based projects you’ll work on, you’ll also participate in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and have access to a mentor.

As a Spectrum intern, you’ll spend the summer working alongside two teams — your respective department and your intern peer group. Internship Responsibilities May Include
- Support the credit team in developing and maintaining decision logic for corresponding credit strategies
- Assist in analyzing data from multiple sources to generate insights from the data and improve our decision strategies
- Apply foundational analytical techniques (with guidance) to answer well defined business questions
- Contribute to interpreting business results by creating tables, charts, and brief summaries that highlight key findings and potential business impact
- Prepare slides or short write ups to share analysis results with the team and participate in discussions on next steps
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree in a STEM related major (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math)
- Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
- Must have an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
- Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to author SQL queries on a beginner to intermediate level
- Attention to detail

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
