What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans rooted in DSM-5 criteria
- Supervise RBTs through supportive, skill-building mentorship and performance feedback
- Collaborate with caregivers to promote generalization and increase daily independence
- Develop affirming goals across communication, social, adaptive, and behavioral domains
- Author high-quality documentation, including session notes, behavior plans, and progress reports
- Deliver services in home, community, or clinic-based settings depending on client needs
Who You Are:
- A BCBA in good standing with a master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experienced in ABA service delivery and clinical supervision
- Committed to assent-based, neurodiversity-affirming practices
- Familiar with Medicaid or insurance-based requirements (preferred but not required)
- Organized, collaborative, and ready to contribute meaningfully to a supportive clinical team
