SUMMARYWe are seeking a reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and inventory management to support client programs and events. You will handle a variety of tasks including printing, packing, shipping, and coordinating with vendors, while maintaining organized and accurate records. RESPONSIBILITIESAccurately pick, pack, and ship client materials using FedEx and USPS systems.Receive incoming shipments, store materials, and maintain a neat and organized inventory.Perform weekly inventory counts, maintain records in fulfillment applications, and notify teams of low stock.Print and prepare materials to support training sessions, meetings, and events.Configure and ship iPads to support program registrations.Coordinate with third-party vendors for sourcing printed materials such as guidebooks.Track and manage incoming deliveries, providing packing slips and photos to client teams.Monitor fulfillment equipment, arrange technical service calls, and ensure printers are operational.Order and maintain supplies through FedEx.com, COUPA, and other approved platforms to support daily operations and events.Process returned items, refund checks, and re-shipments as directed by client teams.Assist other divisions with printing and shipping tasks when needed.
