RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coordinate domestic and international vendor payments, including wire transactions
- Oversee expense tracking, payment processing, and financial record maintenance
- Prepare and post journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and analyze financial data
- Conduct credit card reconciliations and maintain organized accounting documentation
- Support internal and external audits by responding to data requests and ensuring accuracy
- Monitor compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
- Assist with tracking regulatory filings and maintaining proper records
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
- Experience with international transactions and banking preferred
- Background in manufacturing or distribution environments highly valued
- CPA designation or progress toward certification is a plus
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
