Packaging Associate

SUMMARY

Seeking a Packaging Assistant to support packaging, production, shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities in a regulated manufacturing environment. This position will operate production equipment, package and label finished products, complete required documentation, and maintain compliance with SOP and cGMP standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform filling, labeling, packaging, and production activities.
• Operate and make basic adjustments to production equipment.
• Prepare, print, and apply labels to vials, bottles, boxes, and finished products.
• Package finished products for shipment, including palletizing and shipping documentation.
• Complete production paperwork, checklists, line clearance, and in-process sampling.
• Receive, stage, inspect, and put away production materials and supplies.
• Perform data entry using an ERP system.
• Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas.
• Maintain accurate documentation and cGMP compliance.
• Assist with inventory control, warehouse, and manufacturing activities as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience involving filling, labeling, packaging, or production preferred.
• Pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with SOPs and cGMP requirements is a plus.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to accurately complete production documentation and follow written procedures.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
