Seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage order processing, customer communication, and internal coordination. This role combines customer interaction with operational support, offering visibility into production workflows and cross-functional collaboration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels while building strong working relationships
- Process incoming orders, generate sales and production documentation, and confirm details with customers
- Provide accurate pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
- Track open orders and communicate timely updates to customers
- Coordinate order completion and prepare shipments, including necessary documentation
- Resolve customer concerns related to orders, billing, or product issues and recommend solutions
- Support internal sales teams with order updates and customer needs
- Maintain and update customer records, including new account setup and shipping details
- Review order backlogs and collaborate with internal teams to improve turnaround times
- Prepare and organize production-related documentation and job details
- Maintain organized records, reports, and filing systems
- Assist with shop floor or operational support tasks when needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable using computer systems and standard office software
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments
- Exposure to manufacturing or technical environments is a plus
