Program Analyst Spectrum Software Technology (SST)
Location: Fully Remote (Must reside in NJ/PA area)
Spectrum Software Technology (SST) is seeking a Program Analyst to support the FAA Airport Technology Research & Development (ATR) Team. In this role, you will act as a central hub for civil aviation research projects, ensuring that funding, schedules, and deliverables stay on track while refining the internal processes that keep the branch running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Scheduling: Support the branch manager and project leads in planning, scheduling, and tracking civil aviation research initiatives.
- Process Development: Maintain and refine ATR’s internal business and research management processes (funding, deliverables, scheduling, etc.).
- Administrative Oversight: Track sponsor agreements, personnel lists, and project milestones.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare high-level updates, progress reports, and summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
- Event Support: Organize technical interchange meetings, workshops, and reviews (virtual or local).
Minimum Qualifications
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Management with 3 years of general business operations experience. (We will also consider candidates with 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with Teams.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
