Location
Onsite work is required at the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center, adjacent to Atlantic City International Airport, in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, with approximately 50% travel to FAA facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hardware installations and technical support for FAA Centers, TRACONs, and Towers
- Install and configure servers according to site-specific requirements
- Set up, install, and configure printers, routers, and switches
- Perform network updates in technology labs supporting the TFMS Tech Refresh Project
- Monitor, test, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide systems administration and end-user support
- Support server hardware, operating systems, and network equipment
- Associate’s Degree in a technical field with min 2 years of experience, or 4 years of relevant IT experience
- Strong hardware troubleshooting and installation skills
- Working knowledge of routers, switches, and networking equipment
- Basic to intermediate Linux experience
- General IT support and systems administration experience
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Ability to work onsite in Egg Harbor Township, NJ
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required
