Compensation & Growth Path
- Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
- 90-Day Probationary Period: This contract begins with a 90-day trial period.
- W-2 Conversion & Raise: Upon successful completion of the 90 days, you will be eligible for a possible wage increase and conversion to a traditional W-2 employee.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service First: Provide a friendly face, smile, and hold the front door for customers. Your goal is to ensure a steady, smooth flow of foot traffic in and out of the establishment.
- Standing Post: Maintain a visible, welcoming presence by standing post at the main entrance.
- Perimeter Checks: Periodically walk down both sides of the exterior building to ensure there are no property violations, trespassing, or unlawful activities.
- Hands-Off & De-escalation: This is strictly a hands-off contract. We rely on our guards to optimize peaceful environments by utilizing verbal de-escalation tactics, observing, and reporting.
Equipment & Safety
- Unarmed Position: This post is strictly unarmed.
- Non-Lethal Protection: As this contract is slated to begin in the next few weeks, internal discussions are currently underway regarding the approval and provision of non-lethal forms of self-protection for our guards.
