Service Manager | Field Operations Leader

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, service-driven environments? We're partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee field operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive operational excellence across multiple service lines.

This role is ideal for leaders with experience managing technicians, route-based operations, field service teams, lawn care, pest control, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, facilities services, or similar service-focused organizations.

What You'll Do

Lead & Develop Teams

• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop field technicians and supervisors
• Build a culture focused on accountability, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee growth and advancement
• Ensure teams maintain all required certifications, licenses, and training
• Manage staffing levels to meet seasonal and operational demands

Drive Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, routing, and workforce planning
• Monitor productivity, service quality, and technician performance
• Conduct field audits and site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure exceptional service delivery
• Manage equipment, fleet, inventory, and department resources

What We're Looking For

• 3 years of leadership experience managing technicians, service crews, or field employees
• Strong background in daily operations, production management, and workforce planning
• Experience with routing, scheduling, labor management, and KPI-driven performance
• Proven ability to hire, train, coach, and develop successful teams
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to resolve issues quickly
• Experience managing budgets, productivity, and operational performance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
