We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team at Spectrum Resorts. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for an unforgettable vacation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check guests in/out and provide them with essential information about the resort and local area.
- Assist guests with any issues or concerns they may have, and resolve problems promptly and professionally.
- Answer calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs, and ability to learn property-specific systems.
- Self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent guest service and problem resolution skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand/walk for entire shift.
- Able to bend, kneel, and stoop.
- Able to move/lift up to 25 lbs.
