Spectrum Psychiatric Associates is hiring. Join our team of trauma specialists in a small group private practice setting. We specialize in trauma-informed services and have a small oral Ketamine Assisted Therapy program. We are open to both full-time and part-time employment opportunities. We specialize in care that honors each person’s autonomy and centers on the importance of the treatment relationship. A minimum of one year in a prescribing role is required. In addition, the candidate either needs to be living in or planning on moving to Washington State.
General Structure
- 100% Outpatient – No nights, no call, and no weekends required.
- Create your own schedule that fits your values and lifestyle; you decide the type of practice and patient population you want to see.
- Telehealth or hybrid model of care; we have 3 office locations: Everett, Fremont, and West Seattle.
- Work with an incredible, selected, and growing small team of therapists, psychologists, and 1 other psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
- We are particularly interested in someone who is trained in or looking for an opportunity to learn about ketamine assisted psychotherapy.
- We have a combination of on-site and remote support services that assist with scheduling, prior authorizations, and document management as well as billing services
- Business is built on a profit-sharing model.
- You will be a W-2 employee, so you do not have to track expenses or worry about business taxes.
- No micromanagement, just support!
Responsibilities:
- New Patient Intake/Evaluations
- Adult and adolescent focus preferred, full lifespan a bonus
- Completing notes and billing in a timely manner
- Opportunity to help shape our Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy program
- Willingness to work in conjunction with treatment providers (if applicable)
- Adept at diagnosing a range of conditions - Commonly treated conditions include PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADHD, dissociation, and complex PTSD
