Human Resources Manager

Spectrum Painting is seeking a hands-on, highly organized HR Manager to own and lead our human resources function in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

This role is ideal for someone who brings structure where there is complexity, anticipates issues before they arise, and partners closely with leadership to turn priorities into execution.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Own day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle management

·       Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on people, policy, and risk

·       Lead recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations

·       Oversee benefits, payroll coordination, and compliance

Requirements:

·       10 years of progressive HR experience

·       Strong judgment, prioritization, and execution skills

·       Experience supporting leadership in a small or mid-sized business
