Key Responsibilities:
Provide engaging, evidence-based pediatric physical therapy services in the home setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, coordination, and functional independence
Partner with families and caregivers to support progress and carryover at home
Complete timely, accurate documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
Qualifications:
Active Texas Physical Therapist license
Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
Patient, energetic, and child-centered approach to care
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
