Location: UF Leesburg Hospital OR UF Spanish Plaines
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 7 nights on / 7 nights off

We are seeking an experienced Hospitalist ARNP to join our team at UF Spanish Plaines. Candidates must be either new graduates or have at least 1 year of hospitalist experience. In accordance with Medical Staff Bylaws, all applicants must provide current year case logs.

Primary Responsibilities
- Perform patient histories and physical examinations.
- Maintain accurate and timely charting in compliance with protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging.
- Develop individualized care plans and submit for periodic physician review.
- Diagnose, report, and discuss results with patients and families.
- Prescribe and administer treatments and medications.
- Provide preventive care counseling, including diet, hygiene, and disease prevention.
- Administer vaccines and inoculations as needed.
- Coordinate specialty referrals as appropriate.
- Report deaths and communicable diseases in accordance with state regulations.
- Active and unrestricted State of Florida license (ARNP or PA).
- Florida DEA license.
- Current National Board Certification.
- BLS Certification.
- Recent hospital-based experience (within the past 12 months).
- Malpractice coverage (with tail).
- Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.
