Overview:
We are seeking a Runner to support the daily operations of our laboratory. This role plays a critical part in maintaining workflow continuity by ensuring cases are accurately located, organized, and transported across departments. What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Locate and track dental cases within the laboratory to ensure timely processing and workflow continuity
- Transport cases between departments as directed by team leads or management
- Support team leads and management in organizing cases and maintaining efficient workflows
- Perform basic clerical tasks related to tracking and recording case movement
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring proper handling and storage of cases
- Assist with preparation and distribution of cases to support daily lab operations
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth case handoffs
- Escalate any issues or delays in case processing to team leads or management in a timely manner
- Support additional operational needs and perform other duties as assigned
Who We’re Looking For:
- Basic understanding of organizational processes and workflow coordination
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately locate and deliver cases
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in a team-based environment
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks as directed
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
- Previous experience in a dental lab or similar production environment a plus
- Familiarity with basic inventory tracking or organizational systems, preferred

The anticipated salary range for this role is $18-$20. Final compensation will be individually assessed and may differ based on a variety of factors such as your experience, qualifications, education, skill set, certifications, and other relevant considerations.
