🚀 Staff Mobile Application Developer (C ) | High-Performance Automotive Tech

We’re hiring a Staff-level Mobile App Developer to drive the next generation of native mobile apps in the high-performance automotive space. You’ll lead development on consumer-facing tools that interact with real-time vehicle systems, diagnostics, and tuning platforms used by enthusiasts and professionals across the globe.
As a senior voice on the mobile team, you'll own architecture decisions, guide technical direction, and bring best-in-class user experiences to life across Android and iOS environments.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead design and development of native mobile apps (Android first, iOS a bonus)
- Architect scalable, performant mobile applications used alongside real-time embedded systems
- Drive Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) integrations with external automotive hardware
- Own core features from concept to production, collaborating closely with hardware, firmware, and product teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement in code quality, process, and team mentorship
✅ What You’ll Need:
- 6 years’ experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin); iOS (Objective-C/Swift) is a plus
- 3 years of hands-on C development experience
- Strong command of BLE communication, mobile-to-hardware integrations, and peripheral connectivity
- Solid foundation in object-oriented programming and design patterns
- Experience working with Git, CI/CD, and Agile delivery
- UI/UX intuition and a user-first mindset
⚡ Bonus Points For:
- Passion for automotive or motorsports tech
- Experience with CAN or other vehicle communication protocols
- Exposure to embedded Linux (e.g. Yocto)
- Previous app releases with real-world BLE hardware integrations
