Adoption Specialists partner with individuals seeking to open their homes and hearts to welcome children who have experienced trauma. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required in social work or a related field of study.
- Two years of Child Welfare experience is preferred.
- Child Welfare Training Institute training provided.
- Must successfully complete the background screening process.

Spectrum Child and Family Services supports our community’s children and teens who are delinquent, have been neglected/abused or abandoned, are medically fragile, have multiple handicaps, are dual-diagnosed, and are behaviorally and/or emotionally impaired. Our programs support a population with constantly changing needs, and our goal is to strengthen and empower the families so they become self-sufficient, stable, and competent.
Salary : $44,100 - $54,600
