Assistant Wrestling Coach - Spectrum High School
Spectrum High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to assist in leading, managing, and mentoring our Wrestling program as the Assistant Coach. This is an exciting opportunity to work with motivated student-athletes, build a competitive team, and contribute to the overall development of our wrestling program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a climate that integrates sportsmanship and competitive athletics
- Develop positive sportsmanship, attitudes, and skills in the team
- Develop positive motivation in the team
- Provide a climate to facilitate participant character growth
- Conduct orientation programs for parents, athletes, and coaches
- Communicate effectively with student-athletes and parents
- Develop positive team dynamic and interactions
Qualifications:
- Strong wrestling knowledge and understanding of the sport
- Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level is preferred.
Compensation: $1,000
