What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Liaison/ LPN position at SPECTRUM HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS PLLC?
Duties:
- Assist healthcare professionals in documenting patient medical records, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans.
- Accompany physicians during patient examinations and transcribe relevant information into electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all patient encounters.
- Ensure all patient orders and referrals are provided to facility
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate efficient patient care.
- Build positive relationships within the facility
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Medical Scribe is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is required
- Proficient typing skills and ability to accurately transcribe information in real-time.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
