Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for Medical Support Assistant to join our dynamic team at the Veterans Affairs Sierra Nevada Healthcare System.
Work Hours:
Duties:
- Experience with providing Prep instructions to the Veteran or patient.
- Making appointments accurately based upon order or consu
- Ability to create notes, refer consults, modify, and retrieve sensitive information/data into the Veteran's Electronic Medical Record.
- Making and receiving Outbound and inbound calls at a high volume
- Communicates courteously and professionally, performing the check-in process timely and efficiently to improve flow and decrease wait times.
- Follows appropriate Steps in sequence to review prep instructions with the Veteran, register the exam, print, and check in.
