Requirements:
- Board Certification
- 2-years of experience
- Completion of an accredited advanced practice nursing program
- Licensed advanced practice nurse in accordance with State Nursing Board rules and regulations
- Certified within family medicine/primary care (FNP)
- DEA registration & BLS certification
