At Spectrum Healthcare Group, we're looking for an IT Help Desk Specialist to be the go-to person for staff across our organization. The calm, capable presence who gets people unstuck so they can get back to caring for our communities. Based on-site at our Cottonwood campus, you'll support not just the staff on-site, but remote users and team members across our other Arizona locations as well. This role starts fully on-site, with the option to shift to a hybrid schedule after your first 90 days.
What You'll Do
Field requests from staff wherever they are - walk-ups at the Cottonwood IT office, plus phone calls, instant messages, and help desk tickets from remote users and staff at our other facilities
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and VOIP phone issues, pulling in other IT staff or vendor support when needed
Log every incident and resolution in the ticketing system so nothing slips through the cracks
Image, configure, and stage laptops, computers, phones, and peripherals for new hires
Deliver the IT presentation at our new employee orientation to help get our new hires up to speed on systems, accounts, security, and how to get IT assistance
Set up equipment for telemedicine sessions and trainings
Provide backup to the rest of the IT team and share in the on-call rotation
What You Bring
High School Diploma or GED
Experience with Microsoft 365 and a customer-service-first approach to support
Solid troubleshooting skills across computer hardware, software, and networking
Familiarity with EHR / medical software solutions
Experience supporting VOIP phone systems
Comfort supporting users both in person and remotely

Hands-on experience imaging, configuring, and deploying end-user equipment
Comfortable presenting and delivering training to groups
Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Basic Requirements
Ability to work on-site five days per week at the Cottonwood, AZ campus during your first 90 days, with the option for a hybrid schedule afterward
Must live within commuting distance of the Cottonwood campus, as occasional same-day on-site coverage may be needed
Availability for the IT on-call rotation
Ability to sit for extended periods, move around the clinic, and occasionally carry up to 15 lbs. of equipment
Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
