This is an on-site Program Supervisor position for substance use programming in a prison setting.
Location: Shirley, MA - Souza Baranowski Correctional Center
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
Pay rate: $61,000/annually

The Program Administrator is responsible for:
- Supervising the implementation and delivery of program and case management services within the designated sites, facilities and modalities.
- Ensuring program services are delivered in accordance with evidence- based and Spectrum’s best practices
- Certifying service elements foster an atmosphere of customer service and excellence in service delivery
- Ensuring that all program staff is highly trained and proficient in the delivery of the service elements
- Working the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week which may include evening and weekend programming.
Qualifications:
- BA/MA or 3 years equivalent experience in criminal justice, human services, education or closely related field required
- DOC experience and/or Alcohol/ Drug certification preferred
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in counseling preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in a substance use, mental health, or other related behavioral health program required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
- Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies
- Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff and regulatory agencies
