What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse (2nd shift) position at Spectrum Health Systems?

Location: Lowell, MA - Inpatient Treatment Program - Nursing staff will be cross trained throughout all units
Schedule: 2nd shift 3:00pm-11:30pm, every other weekend required
Pay Rate: LPN $35-$38.50/hour. RN $36-$39.50/hour

The Nurse is responsible for:
- Providing general nursing care to all clients at the facility
- Performing job activities adhering to medical standards in a compassionate and professional manner as well as exemplifies excellent customers service and hospitality
- The Nursing participates as a member of the multidisciplinary team and must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse RN/LPN license from accredited school required.
- Must have current CPR certificate or obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in substance abuse/mental health field preferred.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel preferred.
- Ability to read, write and speak in the English language in an understandable manner is required.
Salary : $35 - $36
