Clinician

Location: Lowell, MA - Outpatient Treatment Program. While the role will be based in Lowell, this is a brand-new program that is expected to open in April/May. The anticipated start date for the position is early March, and while we await the Lowell site opening, training will take place at one of our other locations in Saugus or Waltham before transitioning to Lowell once the program opens. 

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Pay rate:  $65,000-$67,200 (Masters), $69,400-$73,800 (LADC-1), $77,100-$88,100 (LMHC/LICSW). Ranges are dependent upon both licensure & experience. Additional opportunities for productivity bonuses

The Outpatient Clinician is responsible for:   

• Providing quality individual clinical services and case management to assigned clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis needs. 
• Providing group treatment to clients using Spectrum curriculum and following group facilitation protocol as trained. 
• Referring clients to appropriate services in the community as necessary. 
• Maintaining comprehensive current clinical skills, competencies, licensure and certification as required and attending internal meetings and trainings as required. 

Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree required (in clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field). 
• Minimum of one year of supervised counseling experience required. 
• LICSW or LMHC licensure is preferred. 

Salary : $65,000 - $88,100
