Location: Spectrum's Home Office - Westborough, MA
Schedule: Per diem (as-needed)
Pay Rate: $15.00-$16.00/hour

The Clerk is responsible for:
- Performing essential document management duties, including scanning, filing, and shredding records.
- Supporting office operations by ensuring documents are accurately processed, properly organized, and handled in accordance with confidentiality and record retention standards, while also assisting with general clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is a plus; training will be provided.
- Basic computer proficiency familiarity (willingness to learn scanning and filing systems).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Reliable and dependable
