The Program Director
- is responsible for the overall programmatic and administrative operations for the program
- provides supervision and support to designated program staff to ensure that the program is in compliance with the regulatory and accreditation standards
- must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Masters degree in social work, counseling, or closely related field preferred, BA/BS degree and experience can be substituted
- Recognized clinical license or certification preferred
- Experience working with DPH licensing requirements preferred
- Three years of management and/or supervisory experience in a substance abuse or mental health residential program preferred
- Three years of supervised counseling experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
- Must have excellent verbal, social and writing skills
- Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies
- Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff and regulatory agencies
Salary : $90,000 - $93,000
