SUMMARY OF POSITION FUNCTION:
Ensures the provision of high quality behavioral treatment services to individuals with substance use disorders, mental health disorders and/or co-occurring disorders including site and community based interventions. Responsible for the quality of assessment, development of appropriate plan to assure individual’s safety, development and implementation of an Individualized Action Plan as appropriate of own caseload and assigned supervisees. Provides Assessment, Individual, Group, Family and Crisis Treatment Services as appropriate. Provides clinical oversight to supervisees. Also is responsible for referral to other appropriate services and coordination with other service providers. Performs related tasks as required.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Knowledge and demonstration of agency core values in day to day activities
- Provides effective clinical supervision utilizing agency standards, protocols ,policy and procedures and evidenced based practices
- Provides effective leadership ensuring that all 9 CCBHC services are considered foreach individual receiving services and ensures supervisees also meet this standard
- Provides referrals for appropriate services based upon individual need including CCBHC Services, Health Homes and or Primary Care Physician and ensures supervisees also meet this standard
- Meets documentation timeliness standards and supervisees meet same expectation
- Demonstrates ability to effectively use technology and appropriate use of support
- Follows Agency policies and procedures
- Completes yearly update trainings
- Handles intake calls and performs initial assessments including crisis interventions.
- Develops client individual action plan, objectives and methods consistent with assessment of problem as appropriate
- Coordinates services with other staff and other agencies.
- Implements established treatment plan and provides assigned professional interventions.
- Contacts collaterals and family members to encourage their participation in client’s treatment as well as their own treatment, if needed.
- Serves as resource person/consultant to other service providers in identifying clients for referral and works cooperatively with other providers to assure linkage of clients with appropriate services.
- Prepares reports, maintains clinical files, participates in training and provides statistical materials.
- Assures that advocacy, linking, expediting and related activities are carried out as needed.
- Oversight o fquality of clinical services and documentation for supervisees.
- Responsible for clinic productivity performance.
- Responsible for clinic performance on regulatory reviews.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Master's degree preferred
- Licensure or License eligible
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience must match regulatory requirements

COMPENSATION: $59,000-$75,000
Salary : $59,000 - $75,000
