Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, FL, for a Junior Designer. The Junior Designer will collaborate on custom cabinetry design projects, assist with drafting and technical drawings, and conduct material and style research to meet client requirements. The role includes creating design presentations, coordinating with team members and partners, and ensuring all projects align with client expectations and timelines. The Junior Designer will also handle design revisions and ensure project documentation is precise and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in design and drafting tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent software
- Strong skills in space planning, visualization, and technical drawing
- Understanding of cabinetry design principles, materials, construction methods, and finishes
- Excellent communication skills for client collaboration and project coordination
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
- Experience or a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Familiarity with residential or commercial interior design processes is an advantage
