What You'll Do
- Manage and build a portfolio of clients through relationship-based planning
- Provide comprehensive financial assessments, including retirement, investment, insurance, and tax-advantaged strategies
- Prepare customized financial plans using firm-approved planning software
- Provide ongoing advice, portfolio reviews, and strategic recommendations
- Stay current on market trends, planning strategies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with team members and management to deliver high-quality client experiences
- A Solid Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Individuals looking for a flexible schedule and have a strong work ethic
- Passion for Sales, Networking and helping others
- Previous experience in financial planning, wealth management, or advisory roles (preferred but not required)
