What You'll Do
- Assist customers in selecting frames that suit their style and needs
- Help fit, adjust, and dispense eyewear and contact lenses
- Stay up to date with the latest fashion trends and lens technology
- Work with top eyewear brands to offer the best solutions for our patients
- Provide exceptional customer service to create an enjoyable experience
- Submit claims for VSP, Eyemed
- Contact lens training and dispensing
- Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about eyewear
- Ability to connect with patients and understand their unique needs
- Experience in dispensing eyewear and fitting contact lenses (preferred)
- A passion for fashion trends in the eyewear industry
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Experience with NexTech, Compulink, Eyefinity, and Eyemed
