Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to detect suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential security risks.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Assist in conflict management by de-escalating situations as necessary.
- Provide first aid and CPR when required, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on-site.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary for investigations or emergencies.
- Document incidents thoroughly in reports for future reference.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is preferred.
- Valid security certificate or license is a plus.
- Experience in law enforcement or military service is advantageous.
- Proficient in using surveillance technology and equipment (CCTV).
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is beneficial.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
