Summary Of Position
Spectrum Environmental, Inc., an established firm spanning more than 30 years in business and with offices in Mobile, Alabama; Birmingham, Alabama; and Nashville, Tennessee is seeking a motivated individual to join our Assessment team in our Alabaster, Alabama office. The successful candidate should be a great communicator in all aspects and possess characteristics of a servant leader. Though we expect the chosen candidate to further define, develop, and lead in their role, we provide the following as a framework of what will be expected of this individual:
Qualifications And Responsibilities
Salary – Commensurate with experience.

Leadership – You will be asked to demonstrate leadership in all tasks and projects assigned. This will include emphasizing and promoting Spectrum’s Vision (Serving businesses and individuals to build a stronger future for all) and maintaining a safe work environment.
Promote Quality Standards – You will be asked to conduct daily activities in a manner that exemplifies Spectrum’s quality of work product standards. - A Bachelor of Science degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Biology or related environmental field
- 1 years’ experience in the environmental field is a plus
- Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments
- Soil and groundwater sampling
- Geologic Evaluations
- Mold Evaluations.
- Assessment staff training and development
- Task/Project management and coordination
- Be willing to take on other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
