Summary Of Position
Spectrum Environmental Services, Inc., an established company spanning more than 30 years in business and with offices in Mobile and Birmingham, Alabama, is in search of a Sewer/Storm Pipe CCTV Technician for our Birmingham, Alabama area. The TV camera is mounted to a transporter that traverses either sanitary sewer lines or storm pipes, looking for defects and observing the integrity of the pipe. Experience is preferred, but will train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
drug screen, and review of Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and background check.
Salary – Commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Setting up the camera daily.
- Lowering and lifting the camera /transporter in and out of manholes.
- Setting of the preset footage, cleaning the camera and all associated equipment.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs throughout the day.
- Ability to adhere to all safety precautions and wear proper PPE at all times.
- The desire to learn the inspection software.
- Understand the inspection process with some proficiency.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus.
