This is a full-time on-site position for an Account Executive based in Anaheim, CA. The Account Executive will drive sales by fostering and maintaining relationships with property owners, developers, and managers in the multifamily housing industry. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, generating revenue growth, conducting property assessments, creating customized service proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and execution of solutions. The role will require proactive outreach, in-person visits, and networking within the Anaheim region.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales
- Knowledge of internet, WiFi, and connectivity technology or experience in telecommunications is a plus
