Senior Logistician     

Spectrum Comm is currently sourcing for a talented Senior Logistician to provide technical logistical management at our customer site in Dam Neck, VA.  

Job Description  

· Responsible for performing technical logistical management in the areas of inventory, shipping, sorting, loading/unloading, destination, material recording and delivery to customer.  

· Disposition efforts including obtaining and maintaining ETIDS and eRMS access and screen material for proper disposition.  

· provide guidance to contractor's supply technicians, material coordinators, warehouse specialists, and shipping/receiving clerks.  

· Should have knowledge or expertise with ERP/SAP Warehouse Management.  

· adherence to SOPs and governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines.  

· The Senior Logistician enters data into Navy ERP for accountability; performs inventory audits and provides subsequent inventory and metrics reports  

· They ensure attachment of tags, labels and/or markings to materials  

· documents all errors related to orders shipped and received and files claims with manufacturers for defective goods  

· monitors through completion shipping documents such as Commercial and Government Bills of Lading  

Desired Skills and Abilities  

· Active DoD Secret Clearance  

· Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field  

· Related Naval or DoD Supply Chain/Logistics experience  

· Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills
