Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex Lean Six Sigma projects driving process improvement and cost reduction
- Develop and implement Lean Six Sigma training programs for organizational staff
- Coach and mentor Green Belts and Black Belts to build organizational capability
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align improvement projects with business goals
- Analyze process data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and track project progress
- Ensure compliance with Lean Six Sigma standards and best practices
Qualifications
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading Lean Six Sigma projects and initiatives
- Proven track record of successful process improvement in manufacturing or service industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with training and mentoring Lean Six Sigma practitioners
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 3-years coaching and mentoring DoD CPI belt candidates, DoD senior leaders, champions, sponsors, CPI team leads, and/or CPI team
