How You’ll Make An Impact
- Analyze orders after sale completion and process accounts accurately using Spectrum’s systems and tools
- Ensure timely and precise order entry into the billing system to facilitate service delivery
- Collaborate with clients to execute service implementation within expected timelines
- Coordinate efforts with internal departments to maintain Service Level Objectives
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex implementation issues to drive orders forward
- Gather and interpret data elements to recommend improvements to Order Operations leadership
- Develop and maintain order monitoring based on tasks, goals, and time frame requirements
- Communicate clearly with various organizational levels and engage clients to clarify order details, including contract revisions
- Office environment with the flexibility to work extended hours
What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Education
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or one-year related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years customer service, order entry, or order management experience
- 2 years of data entry experience
- 2 years of advanced telephony or data industry experience
- 2 years project management or project coordination experience
- 2 years working with SalesForce or similar CRM tool
- 2 years telecommunications or cable industry work experience
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Capability to work effectively in a high demand, fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Order Operations processes and business rules
- Strong organizing, prioritization and decision-making abilities
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality of customer and business data
- Relationship-building skills for effective teamwork across Spectrum
- Skill in presenting information logically and professionally to leadership
- Ability to handle projects and tasks while meeting deadlines
- In-depth proficiency with MS Office software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with technical aptitude to learn additional databases
- Understanding of Spectrum’s fiber and coax-based product and service offerings
